Hello everyone,
Volunteer opportunities for the ATA "VT 50 Booth" are now open. What does this mean?
In short, this is a prime opportunity to bring awareness to ATA.
Vermont 50 race participants will pick up their registration packets on Saturday, September 24th ready to 'race' the next day (start times begin at 6AM!) On Saturday between 12pm and 5pm, approximately 1000 people show up to walk a vendor village and enjoy the pre-race scene . This is an opportunity for ATA to let them know we exist, ask for donations and sell them some of our branded t-shirts, hats and fenders. The ATA tent will be set up right next to the VMBA tent.
We need a little help from our members to spread the word about how awesome our trail network is! We created a sign up sheet with 1 hour time slots so you can help out a little bit and enjoy the good vibes. It's easy, just tell them how much fun you have on our trails, count some cash, point to Venmo and Paypal QR codes and we'll have a list of past, present and future projects to talk about as well.
