Biking Trails

Status: TOTALLY OPEN (except 7/11-12 and 7/25-27

Ascutney Trails main network (Ascutney Outdoors Center and West Windsor Town Forest Trailheads) will be closed this Friday and Saturday, July 11th and 12th as we host the Ragnar Relay Race and Friday-Sunday, July 25-27 for the Flow State MTN Bike Festival . Swoops and Loops, Weathersfield Town Forest, and Norcross Trails will remain open to mountainbiking and hiking, with out-and-back access from the State Park entrance. Summit-bound hiking trails will be unaffected

Summit-Bound Hiking Trails

Status: OPEN

  • Weathersfield Trail

  • Brownsville Trail

  • Summit Trails

  • Windsor Trail

  • Futures Trail

  • Bicentennial Trail

  • AO Trail

    Even when trails are open, various forms of hunting are permitted throughout the trail network.
    Vigilance and the wearing of orange is recommended.

Please be respectful of any wet/muddy areas - dismount and walk your bike gently through rather than riding around or through mud/water.
