7/14/2026 Last week we rode at Ascutney From the trailhead at the AOC But this week, we'll try other routes So warm up your quads and your glutes To ride some that you may have forgot (?) 6/30/2026 One bit of wisdom I heard from my mother She’d say, “One good turn deserves another” Don’t know what her term “turn” may stand for - The spins and the dips that she did on the dance floor? What other turns did she deserve? Being quite ladylike, She was never on skis, and she didn’t ever mountain bike As for us, this week, we’ll earn turns with ease Spinning our wheels as we dance through the trees We’ll be riding Mt.
