Half of the Ascutney MTB Trails will be closed to bikes for the Vermont 50 and associated races this Saturday and Sunday 9/24 & 9/25. The Ascutney Outdoors Center Trailhead will be closed, but the West Windsor Town Forest trailhead (off Coaching lane) will remain open, as will Swoops & Loops. The Norcross Trail will be open from the Ascutney State Park, for out and back to the Norcross Quarry, but the connection from Brownsville Trail to the AOC Trails will be closed.
UPCOMING FALL CLOSINGS:
Saturday 10/8: Trails associated with AOC and WWTF Trailheads will be closed Saturday morning until 1:30 in the afternoon for a horse event, as will the AOC-Norcross connection.
Saturday & Sunday 10/22-23: All trails will be closed to bikes for Youth Hunting season.
Tuesday 11/1 to Friday 5/26/2023: Swoops & Loops and Norcross Trails will close for the season.
Saturday 11/12 to 12/12: All trails will be closed to bikes for Deer Rifle Seasons.
