The Fifty’s been ridden and run
I hope you had fun, or you won
It’s a wonderful race
That deserves our embrace
But, I’m glad that it’s over and done
Now I’m able to shift my focus
To Ascutney Trails ridden by locals
These trails that I mention
Need work and attention
Can’t wave hands and just say "Hocus-pocus!"
We’ll ride some of those trails from the West Windsor Town Forest lot this Tuesday - meet at 5:45, roll at 6:00. Bring a light.
Really enjoyed this fun little recap, the rhyme made it even more engaging to read. The shift from racing to trail rides sounds like a great way to keep the momentum going into fall. It gave me the same sporty vibe as throwing on a McLaren varsity jacket—something casual but still full of energy. Looking forward to more updates like this!
