We tried this ride

A week ago

But of course, we got rained out

This rainy run

Has been no fun

And fun’s what it’s all about

So Tuesday night, we’ll try again

So far it’s looking probable

Should forecast hold

The truth be told

It truly could be possible!

It does no harm

To rub lucky charms

Could even do some good

So hold your breath

And knock, knock, knock on wood

With fingers crossed

Bike lubed and washed

Bottle, gloves and helmet stowed

Pack a snack

Put her on the rack
