Ride in the Forest

We’re getting together to ride our forest course

Touted by many as a great “tour de force”

(Which sounds either Jedi or one to avoid)

No, this is a tour that we have often enjoyed

We’ll meet in the lot at the end of Coaching Lane

Discuss routes for A’s and B’s, explain the terrain

Each group will ride off in one of those directions

Making sure the ones behind don’t miss the intersections

We’ll roam the home loam and roll Ascutney’s rocks

Fast and slow, bumps and flow, check every box

Tour the neighborhood’s woods for nearly two hours

Regroup for refreshments, then head for the showers

Join us 5:45 Tuesday at West Windsor Town Forest trailhead at 750 Coaching Lane. By 6:00 PM, we’ll split into groups based on ability and intensity, then head out for an 1½ to  2-hour ride. All levels are welcome. Come ride, connect, and enjoy the evening miles!
