On 10/8, we're having another work day, building
the trail that climbs to the start of the upper flow trails currently under construction. Get a fantastic view of the glorious foliage, some great exercise and a chance to help add to the trail network along with your friends and friends-to-be. AND — you won't be sacrificing ride time on the mountain, because the trails will be closed until 1:30 for an equestrian event. To be sure that we don't interfere with the horses, we'll park and gather next to the DART helipad (the Jersey barriers) at the eastern end of the big parking lot on Ski Tow Rd. at 8:30, then get trucked up to the top of the T-bar to work above and near there, returning about noon. Bring gloves, water, and snack and any dirt/rock moving tools, but we'll have a bunch of those. See you then.
