Last week we rode at Ascutney

From the trailhead at the AOC

But this week, we'll try other routes

So warm up your quads and your glutes

To ride some that you may have forgot (?)

From the trailhead at town forest lot

Where we'll meet up at a quarter to six

Don our helmets, spray Deet against ticks,

With our friends, into groups we'll divide,

Then head out on our Tuesday night ride
