The trail day is back on for this Saturday morning! We will be playing in the woods with sharp implements, continuing work on the connector trail to the state park. We’ve raked out the route, now tread needs to be shaped with hoes, and bridge foundations need to be dug with shovels and filled with stones. We’ll have some tools, but bring ‘em if you’ve got ‘em (preferably with a handle long enough to defend your social distance space.) We’ll meet at 8:30 in the field off Route 44A (800 Back Mountain Road) between Bishop’s Loop and Swoops and Loops - look for a sign (If you have low clearance, don't drive into the field - park at the pull off, up the road). We’ll get you back by noon, but bring water, gloves and a snack.
